In September 2024, the customer reached out with an inquiry for a weathertight door. We promptly provided a detailed product catalog. After reviewing the options, the customer selected a specific size, and we quickly responded with a competitive quotation. Following productive discussions, the customer confirmed the order, and we drafted a credit agreement.
However, after the order was confirmed, we received no further communication. Undeterred, our team continued to send weekly greetings and polite follow-ups, demonstrating our commitment and professionalism. In March 2025—after several months of silence—the payment was finally received.
Our engineers immediately prepared detailed technical drawings for the customer’s confirmation. Once approved, we arranged production without delay. Unfortunately, due to a factory oversight, the door was produced with the incorrect opening direction. The customer did not accept the mistake or proposed alternatives.
Rather than negotiate or shift responsibility, we took full ownership of the error. To ensure the customer received exactly what they needed, we produced a new door at our own cost, strictly according to the original specifications. The replacement was completed quickly and shipped without issue.
In the end, the customer was highly satisfied—not just with the product, but with the way we handled the situation. Our transparency, sense of responsibility, and unwavering customer focus left a lasting impression.
