180hp Marine diesel inbroad engine WD415 CE certificate engine
Sinotruk marine engine devided into for series, that is WD615, WD415, WD615.57, and D12 series for main power engines and auxiliaries. Main power engines are devided into two categories, basic use and fishing boat use with speed 1500r/min,1800r/min,2100r/min(or 2000r/min). The basic includes turbocharged intercooled engine model and turbocharged model, and the turbocharged intercooled models are the same as truck engines, but adding marine special spares, such as marine intercooler, sea-fresh water heat-exchanger, monitor, PS8500 fuel injection pump(with parking electromagnet),sea water pump, SAE1# flywheel case, 14'flywheel, and flywheel connecting flange, supporter, the installment size is 740*1089.2(and for WD415 series is 740*789.2), the distance from crankshaft center height is 135. The fishing boat used engines based on the basic used have been changed into 4 slots fishing pulley, connecting flange(M14*1.5), diesle filter installed in the air-intake pipe and also add diesle pre-filter installed in the air-intake pipe, the installing size is 694*1145.5*140cm( for WD415series is 694*805.5*140cm). Main power engines can choose 6135 flywheel case, when replace with SAE1 flywheel case, please change the flywheel case and connecting flange.

In order to improve the engine reliablity, Sinotruk Steyr engine is the first one in China market adopted the EURO3 enhanced wide cylinder body designed by UK RICARDO company. The action solved the defect of stiffness and strength for original Steyr big power engine cylinder body.
There are 8 slots for pulley and connecting flange, can satisfy many kinds of customers requirements. Fishing boat pulley can be adjusted for special application.
The Centrifugal pump fixed in front cylinder block time gear room, water pump scrollhousing and outlet and time gear roomcasting into a block. Water pump pulley of crankshaft is driven by two V-belt. Marine diesel engine adopting fresh and sea water double-cycle cooling system, and fresh water is the closed cycle, sea water is open cycle. It mainly consists of fresh water pumps, sea water pump, heat exchanger etc. Such engine uses the recessed oil cooler, through the cooling water system for oil cooling.
The Marine diesel engine heat exchanger and inter-cooler are installed in the engine, the inter-cooler is postfixed.
Marine engine general instrument includes main monitor controller and remote controller with 45m remote transmission line, showing cabin and driving room start and stop, and showing speed, water temp., oil temp., oil pressure etc. Abnormal alarm is realizable for higher temp., overspeed and lower oil pressure, for stopping is operationable.
Sinotruk engine adopted PS8500 high-pressure fuel pump, DELPHI injector and turbocharger with release valve, is better than others in economic, dynamic, reliability and emission index, saving 10% fuel consumption per hundred kilometers.
