Desciption

GC series marine gearboxes are divided into four series according to the layout of input and output, namely: GCS/GCST/GCSE series, GCH/GCHT/GCHE series, GCD series, GCC series, etc., together with the main engine and the controllable propeller to form the main propulsion of the ship. Widely used in bulk carriers, oil tankers, container ships, etc. Manipulation control mode is air control or electronic control. 

Main technical features of the product:

1. It has the functions of clutching, decelerating, and bearing the thrust of the propeller;

2. Modular design of the product, configuration of auxiliary power output (PTO), auxiliary power input (PTI) and other functions;

3. It has a variety of structural forms to meet the requirements of engine room layout;

4. It has a mature and reliable hydraulic control series to meet the working conditions of the gearbox and the control requirements of multiple clutches;

5. Using mechanical and automatic control to realize emergency operation and remote control of the gearbox;

6. Non-standard design can be carried out according to the requirements of users;

7. A CPP oil distributor can be installed at the front end of the gearbox output as required.
