Desciption

Here this catalog is mainly for the manpower steering system no more than 1000hp*2 power ships. 

Sinooutput's manual hydraulic steering gear is a core steering device specifically designed for vessels under 1000hp*2. 

Strictly adhering to international shipping regulations and classification society standards, it combines the advantages of manual operation and hydraulic transmission, balancing emergency reliability with ease of daily operation. 

It is widely adaptable to various high-horsepower vessels, including transport ships, workboats, and engineering vessels, meeting the core needs of precise course control, long-term stable operation, and safe emergency steering. It is the preferred solution for steering systems of small to medium-sized high-horsepower vessels.

This product breaks free from fixed specification limitations. The overall installation dimensions, length, and layout can be flexibly customized according to the vessel's cabin space, hull design, and installation requirements. 

Functional configurations and accessory selections can also be fully tailored to the customer's actual usage scenarios and navigation conditions, achieving perfect compatibility with the vessel's power and control systems. 

Overall Structure Composition
1. Manual Control System: Steering wheel, steering pump, control lever.
2. Hydraulic Power System: Oil tank, hydraulic oil, check valve, relief safety valve, piping
3. Steering System: Steering cylinder, rudder handle, rudder stock, rudder blade
4. Auxiliary Components: Shut-off valve, hydraulic fittings, gaskets, seals, hydraulic check lock (safety valve), oil replenishment circuit。

Working Principle (Two Modes)
Mode1: Pure Manual Steering (No External Power, Emergency Use) Turning the steering wheel → The worm gear mechanism reduces speed and increases power → Drives the manual hydraulic pump to reciprocate, pumping oil → High-pressure hydraulic oil enters one side of the steering cylinder through the check valve → Pushes the piston to push and pull the rudder handle → Drives the rudder stock and rudder blade to deflect and steer; Low-pressure oil on the other side of the cylinder flows back to the oil tank. Releasing the hand lock maintains pressure, automatically locking the rudder angle and preventing deviation.

Mode 2: Manual + Hydraulic Assist (Effortless Steering During Normal Navigation) The handwheel provides steering signals, and the engine's hydraulic system assists in building pressure, allowing for high hydraulic torque with minimal manual effort, easily propelling the powerful ship's steering gear; Manual backup is retained, allowing immediate switching to pure manual operation in case of hydraulic failure, providing double protection.
