WEICHAI MAN L21/31 series marine diesel engines are introduced by Weichai and the world marine diesel engine brand German MAN through the signing of a license production agreement. The body of this series of products adopts an overall rigid design with high safety; MAN's advanced turbocharger and two-stage intercooler; SaCoSone safety control system produced by MAN, with high reliability; combustible MGO, MDO, HFO, strong adaptability.
This series of products can be used in marine propulsion main engines and generator sets. The products used to propel the main engine are divided into 6, 7, 8, and 9 cylinders, the speed is 1000r/min, the power covers 1290-1935kW, and the minimum fuel consumption is 192g/kWh. The products used for the generator set are divided into 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 cylinders, the speed is 900r/min and 1000r/min, the power covers 1000-1980kW, and the minimum fuel consumption is 189g/kWh. The oil consumption rate is less than 0.8g/kW•h, which has good power and economy.
